Network problem

Dear Sir
I had registered one complaint regarding network problem in the month of january 13, vide registration no. 1265113908 dt. 24.01.2013

till date my problem is not resolve no one come to resolve it one time i get the call from your rep. and he confirm that your quary is resolve within week.

Vodaphone only making promise that our person come and resolve your query but it is not happen till date.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve it.
