I have had a Tata docomo voice coneection 3 to 4 months back & the number is 9266601028 & I used this for the next one month & later I had requested to disconnect the same by calling your customer care & then your CC person told me that the number has disconnected by adjusting the remaining payment with the security deposit. But two months later I got a legal notice to pay the balace payment of Rs. 3068 & even I got a call from a court person (mob : 9718698282) and then by a lawyer named Mr. Rakesh (Mob : 9716366330) & he told me that you just pay the payment of Rs.3068 & your number has already been disconnected & you no need to give any special request to disconnect the same & accordingly I have made the payment of same amount and the receipt no. for the same is 50182114. But now after 1.5 months making this payment I am getting call from customer car that your number is not yet closed & you need to pay Rs.1635 balance bill amount.earlier to this ones i have already lodged a complaint regarding this via your website & the complaint number for the same is 661471 but i didn’t get any response this complaint.
I called the Lawyer Mr .Rakesh but he is telling me not pay anything & if any legal issue comes I will take care of the same.so what should I do now. Kindly help.
