Name of company/service: Airtel Bharti Ltd.
Even after asking Airtel to disconnect my phone line as I was shifting to a new house, they’ve billed me for 10 extra days saying that it’s their policy. I’ve told them repeatedly that I will not pay for something which I’ve not used. I’ve also asked them to provide me a written copy of their Terms and Conditions where it states that this is their policy but they refused to provide it.
Their staff is rude and insulting and do not have complete information to top it. Please help me resolve this matter as I’ve not received any resolution from Airtel’s Customer Service.
