Mobikiwik not paid my mtnl bill.

Name of company/service: Mobikwik.com

My amount got debited on 18thapr’13, in regard to postpaid mtnl bill, but they have not yet updated the payment. and, moreover my connection is barred.
I want my refund back.
Mobikwik customer care people have no sense of talking, and even guy don’t know his name said, that they will not pay the bill, do whatever you want. And when I asked his name, he was not telling his name, and was provoking me and saying” do whatever you want to do, I wont pay you money, and will eatit ” main paise khaa jaunga” . These were his wordings, they have employed such ” illiterate people” . Mobikwik is Second Timtara.
