Dear Sir,
I am a smart user since last 7 years, but now from last 5 days I am very much upset from your services because as usual I am trying to recharge my no 9827244216 from a special tariff voucher Rs 66/- but it is not going success on my no, so many times I have call to 9827098270, *333, 180030005555 etc but they all are unable to resolve my problem they all are only saying that this no has been converted to 3G dongle, I have also visited to your reliance store they also say that I have forwarded your complaint & it will be resolve in 24 hr but still I am waiting.
So sir please do some to resolve my problem.
NOW TODAY I AM SAYING THAT NO BODY SHOULD USE RELIANCE GSM IT IS THE ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY IN INDIA FOR HELPING & SOLVING PROBLEMS OF CUTOMERS.
FROM TODAY I AM GOING TO PORT ALL OF MY 4 SMART NO IN OTHER CO. ARVIND-9827244216

    We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, as per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform you a that recharge issue has been resolved now so you can go forward and recharge your phone with 2G packs.
