Max bupa cheats

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Max Bupa health insurance

I am max bupa health insurance customer ID# 0000038542, as per plan I am to receive a free health check up every second year. As per procedure I need to call and get a reference number to go to hospital. I am calling them from last 4 weeks and I am getting a call back that I will receive the ref# in 48 hours but it has never come.Please help with the legal proceedings against them.
