BSNL LAND LINE & BROADBAND SERVICES ARE DEAD SINCE A WEEK.

Location/place: SUNABEDA,KORAPUT

Name of company/service: BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED (BSNL)

I have recently take BSNL broadband service from BSNL,Odisha Circle.After few days there was technical problem in BSNL Exchange,But the problem was corrected in Exchange & Service is resumed except mine. Till now my land line is dead ,After consulting with JTO,they gave me false assurance.So Please help.
