I have been using my Vodafone Mobile number for the last 10 years and paid all bills on time. The last bill I received while traveling was 3 times the amount and there was a charge of Rs 1270 for Vodafone Live. I have written to Customer Care to give me an explanation on the charges. It has been over two months and they failed to provide me any resolution saying its a default charge. Considering the unethical billing I had to discontinue my number which I was using since years. Also I clearly mentioned paying the bill only if the false charges levied were deducted. However I have received no positive response and a threatening call on my International number stating there will be legal proceedings against me. I have all emails regarding my communication with Vodafone and their standard copy paste responses without any resolution.
It is extremely disturbing that the company never bothered to provide or call during my complaint but now I am receiving responses to pay a bill which has incorrect charges.
