MAnufacturing defect in Mobile Handset

I have ordered Micromax A116HD through snapdeal on 20 Feb 2013 and I received my shipment on 26 March 2013 . After using it only for couple of days the device is not switching on and is completely crashed. I have submitted on 12 April 2013 to Micromax authorized service center (Satyam Communication, J-34, Basement, Sector 18, Noida, U.P.) they told that motherboard of phone has been crashed, they will repair and return after 15 days. Now they are even not replying properly still I waiting for satisfactory reply.
Now I do not want to take a repaired phone I need my money back or a new phone.My money has been blocked there for more than 2 months and i don’t deserve a repaired phone after all this mess up.
My concern is that I have paid 13990/- and waited so long for delivery then why should I use a repaired device. I used the phone only few days and now the device in service center that shows the quality of product. I request you to please take necessary action against this as soon as possible.
