refund of payment from Credit Card

Name of company/service: Axis Bank

hello,

I have a balance of Rs. 5700 ( approx ) in my credit card and they are doing anything to get that money into my bank account.

I already emailed them 2 – 3 times but no reply…also contacted Customer Support but they raised their hands and said…we cant do anything in it.

Dont know what to do now…
