Non delivery of shipping product to the customer by the courier agency

Dear Sir,

I have booked an item through online shopping service and the product was dispatched on 12th April from Gurgaon through First Flight Courier service vide Consignee No.LO1784842 . The consignment was tracked till 18th April from my end where the status was reflecting that the consignment is pending at Bhubaneswar Hub.
On 22nd April, the tracking status reflects that the consignment is re directed to the origin as the customer has refused to accept.
For your kind referal, i would like to bring to your notice that, on 20th or any date prior to that, none of the persons related to the courier service have approached to my door step for the delivery of the same or contacted me on the given phone no.
This way i am loosing my faith on trust from the persons and the companies from where i place order through online shopping.

The tracking status record can be produced for further inquiry on demand.
