I usually purchased a lots of books every month. For the last 4-5 months I’m purchasing most of these through online, infibeam, flipcart, bookadda, etc.
Last month I’ve purchased one book from infibeam, but got two audio cassettes, which is of no use to me. I had lodged a complain. After that I was asked to send the scanned copy of the cover. Have sent all those, followed up with them, but didn’t get any help yet except one confirmation mail that my mail was delivered at their mail box.
Just wondering if this is the level of service we are expecting!
