Refund Money from WWW.REDIFF.COM

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Rediff.com

I ordered Bike Mask from Rediff.com after my money deducted from internet banking order number was not generated and i have proof of deduction of my money in my bank trancations.

I sent many emails with proof to rediff support but still they are not paying my refund.

Please help in this to get my money back,it about trust i lot in online shopping.
