Dear sir,
I am airtel money user,
one day i face problem to access my account and i complain in airtel money customer care,
next day i receive call from airtel money and he asked me to follow the procedure for enter message center number,
i follow that and i got message from airtel that my account debited with 4050 rs.and i will receive that balance in 24 hour but i did.t get that
i call in to airtel coustomer care and they will said that we can not do anything it’s your problem
please help me for refund my money
