DEAR SIR/MADAM, I AM CUSTOMER OF AXIS BANK SINCE LAST FEW YEARS. I WAS ISSUED GOLD DEBIT CARD WHEN I OPENED THE BANK ACCOUNT WITH AXIS BANK JUNAGADH (GUJARAT) BRANCH. HOWEVER,THE VALIDITY OF MY DEBIT CARD HAS EXPIRED BEFORE APPROXIMATELY 3 -4 YEARS BUT BANK KEPT CHARGING ME FOR THE DEBIT CARD. ACTUALLY THEY HAVE NOT ISSUED ME THE NEW DEBIT CARD ONCE IT HAS GOT EXPIRED. I HAVE REPEATEDLY MAILED THEM AND REQUESTED TO REVERSE THE CHARGES IN MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO REVERSE THE SAME. ANOTHER BIG FRAUD THE BANK HAS DONE IS THAT THEY HAVE TOLD ME TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT IN WHICH I NEED TO MAINTAIN ONLY 2500 RS AVERAGE BALANCE BUT NOW WITHOUT INTIMATING ME THEY HAVE INCREASED MY AVERAGE BALANCE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT. BECAUSE OF WHICH I HAVE BEEN RECENTLY CHARGED RS 500 PLUS SERVICE TAX FOR NOT MAINTAINING AVERAGE BALANCE. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.THANKING YOU.
