Deduction of balance

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: roorkee&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: tata docomo prepaid service </p>Hi, i m using 8439695457 from last three year .. But now i m geting problm in services .. As it happened always i just fed up.. Should i broke the sim card ..or switch the network to overcum al the problem . I don’t know why the deduct balance for no service .. Please help me ! Your custmer care executive are useless
