Hello Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I had taken a broadband service from BSNL and my starting plan was 850c then i updated my plan to 1425c which promised to give 4mbps speed up-to 20gb and after that it will be 512kbps, The speed I am currently getting is 3kbps, really frustrating. I feel that the company are playing with the consumer emotions and are leaking or transferring the bandwidth to some other organizations. Please look into this ASAP.
