wrong information provided and not willing to provide refund

Hi, I am a tatasky subscriber with id 1000071729.its a multi tv connection. The adapters for both settop boxes were faulty and hence I cld up cst care and requested for 2 adapters. T The rep raised a work order and advised me of rs 475 as total charges incl svc chgs however whn the engg visited my place he only got 1. He askd me to call up cst care and chk with them. I cld up cst care again and they mentioned that it was a error from thei end and will update the work order to send another adater without any additional svc chg. Next day when I checked my ac balance the svc chg was deducted twice. I cld up cst care again and they said it was deduced twice in error as they cannot chrg svc twice for same day visit and will raise a request to get the amount of 150 refunded…after 2 days I get a call from their rep saying they cannot refund the charges as there were 2 work orders raised. Due to their fault they raised 2nd work order and charged me additional svc chrg which I shudnt have paid. This is really rip off and horrible service
