Worst experience I had with the customer service! They know nothing and cannot deal with any situation. Just few illiterate people handling a service center.
They said they cannot repair my phone because the production of the phone has stopped! So what will I do now? Throw away My phone just because few keys are not working? Even after that they are saying they can try if I’ll pay them and the can’t assure that they can solve the problem. They will try. And for that trying I have to pay them!}
I don’t understand on what grounds a big corporation like sony allows these people to handle a service center.
