cheating in replacement

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: mathura&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: sandisk</p>i bought a sandisk pendrive 1 yr before. It become defective, nd it is in warranty, so i ask the sandisk customer care abou it. He ask me to send my pendrive to their service centre by courier. So i send it on last saturday, nd today i got call from service centre, that dey receive empty envelope…when i told it to courier sender, he said, dat courier was properly received by service centre.
So please help me nd solve my problem as early as possible.
