I converted my vodafone prepaid number of Bihar-Jharkhand circle to postpaid in the middle of March month to a plan of Rs 149 which has a credit limit of Rs 500, in which I also included internet pack for 2GB worth Rs.99,before the end of month I got a bill of Rs 500(approx.) for my calls and Rs 4750 for internet data usage. They blocked my connection for outgoing and internet the day after I made an online payment of Rs 500. After making 100 calls and going to their office for one whole week they finally started my number and regarding the bill issue they said, unless your bill is generated we cannot help you, I didin’t get the bill till 9th of April 2013. I was on my way to bangalore when somebody from Vodafone called me asking to pay the bill of Rs 5070. I told them it wasn’t my mistake and this has to be taken care of but the next day they again disconnected my number. I am left stranded here in Bangalore with my number disconnected, can’t reach customer care number for postpaid services.
I want to file a complaint against them because despite a credit limit of Rs500 they gave me a bill of Rs 4750 for data usage only in the very first month, for not activating my internet and disconnecting my number without prior information.
