purchased damaged Bed King chocolate bed in damage

i have purchased godrej “bed king chocolate” on 25th february,2013 from S.N.Interiors,Siliguri,WB.the same was recieved by end user on 09.03.2013 by transporter.Afer 7 days fitter was sent to us for fitting the bed. during fitting mechanic found that one side of bed pannel was missing and another side pannel was damaged.The mechanic dully informed the delear about this.i had filed an e-mail complaint to godrej company site and S.N.Interiors.They told me it will take 2-4 weeks to make avalaible to you. till date they didnot sent the missing and damaged pannel and saying that tomorrow i will send to you but that tomorrow didinot come.I became very frusteted and after investing such a huge amount to pucharse the godrej bed it gives only pain,
I am urgeing sir please do the justice .
