I, Akansh Saxena, was admitted in a coaching institute, Toppers Academy, for the year 2011-12 for class 11th and competition studies simultaneously.
1.The total fees to be submitted was Rs. 30000/- but my father was not in a stand to give the fees, so coaching institute told that they would conduct a scholarship exam in the month of October and top 4-5 students would be given scholarship upto 15000/-
So, I took admission in the coaching institute by arranging money in two installments in the month of April and September. Moreover, test was scheduled on Sunday, 9th October,2011. But no such test was conducted giving reference of first term examintion. It was not held all over the year.
2. The time for studies in coaching was schuduled from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm but by the end of session the time decreased to 4.30 pm to 6.45 pm giving reference of growing darkness over winter but if it was so then why children paid fees for such a time.
3. We were said that coaching will get over on 15th Feb 2012 but after 11th Jan 2012 all the faculties except Maths was missing.
4. Except Maths, none could complete the competition course in time and when I complained it to teachers, they said that pattern has changed but it did not, neither in 2012 nor in 2013.
5. We were said that tests & extra classes would be conducted on every sundays but they were conducted not more than ten times out of 40 sundays.
5. Teacher faculties of physics & chemistry were not satisfactory & they were changed a couple of times causing disturbance in our studies.
6. We were said that we would be given notes of Bansal classes but we remained empty handed.
At the end of session when I went to the head of instituion, he just ignored my points and gave insatisfactory explaination for the same.
Then it was my 12th standard so I didnot tried to do much more & aimed at my 12th in my new coaching.
Note: The teachers are well educated & experienced and they could divert the topic away. So, special attention should be given to my points as I am just a student came at consumer forum for justice.
