Docomo cheat their customers

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I was recharge my mobile by rs. 45 teriff but this teriff doesn’t work at all, i was recharge my number & my friend number with rs. 123 but we both can not get this recharge through internet banking from the tata docomo site, but we cann’t get anything…..
also the one of the most important thing is that the customer care also doesn’t solve my problem he just makes a false promises that everything going to be fine but nothing happened and after that they didn’t even connect my call to the customer care executive….So tell me what can i do that’s why i choose this medium to inform my problem to everyone….
