I didn’t get my XOLO X900 back from the service center

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: XOLO

I have lodged a complaint regarding
“Haptic Feedback(vibration)” on 21st March 2013 and the mobile has delivered to the service center on 25th March 2013.
From then, whenever I call the XOLO Customer Care number (1800-30-100-104), they say that “the mobile is still under repair, please wait for 48 hours the mobile will be dispatched”. And when I spoke with the Floor Manager, name ASHPAL he said that “the backend people are saying the mobile is still under repair and we cannot do anything for that”. Still I didn’t receive my mobile back.
