Did not deduct the bill as per they promised

Hi Team,

Really I am fed with beam telecom. I am wasting phone charges by calling them regarding the internet bill they have sent and they are not all responding to me.

The Main problem was I and my brother Guru gangadhar Shastry have taken Beam fiber contention on April 05, 2012 (6 months package) unlimited plan. After one month, the internet did not for 15 days. When contacted their team members, they have promised to deduct the 15 days money from the bill. In October 2012, theyhave stated that they forget to deducut the 15 fdays from the bill and promised to deduct in next bill.

Then came the biggest problem with beam fibre. Net did not come for 15 days(From October 31, 2012). These people did not know the cause of loss of internet connection us for 10 days. Literally for calling them it cost me 300 rs by daily calling them. After 12 days, they have stated that I need to give permission for keeping a box to get internet connection. I gave the permission but did not come for 7 days. at last on the 20 day. On November 21, 2012, they restored the internet connection.Stated that 100 rs per month would be deducted from the bill.

They promised to deduct the money from the next bill for 20 days. After few days, again the same problem occurred for 10 days and restored. Again they have promised to deduct from the bill.

Now, they have sent the bill again from the same amount of 6100 rs with no deductions in it. Neither for the first 15 days, next 20 days and next 10 days. Also, did not give discount for the box.

Again I have called them but there is no response from them. One day they have called me. I was in the lift, so cut the call. that’s it, they have stated that customer did not lift the call and resolved the ticket. Again called on April 08, 2013, an they have told that supervisor would call with in one hour but no one called. Waited for 18 hours and still did not receive the call.

Literally they are playing waiting game with me(customer). 10th is the last date to pay the bill. If I wont pay, then again I have to pay 18% fine as late fee. Please tell how can I pay with out all the promised deductions.

Really I am vexed with them and cost 100 rs of phone bills without no usage.

Hence, I have contacted you people so that u can help me out in this case.

Please help. Please help the customer in this cas. For proof, they would have all the recordings.
