We had purchased this handset on 06.12.2012 but the handset is not working properly , even after giving the handset three times to the service centre,same issue.we have mailed them thrice but no reply,we need a replacement of the handset.service no ticket no.13INA110002941,13INA120006330 & 13INA150000679.PLS HELP
