hi i have purchased penta tab is709c. after a month it was not getting on. i submit tab to service center haridwar. after submitting tab i was called to collect new tab from service center after 1 month and i gone to collect tab and i checked the tab this was a new tab but the problem is same like before and tab was not getting on and again submitted tablet to service center on 14.03.2013.
on 04.04.2013 i called to penta customer care no and talked to customer care executive for checking status for my tab.
know customer care executive saying that they have received the tab in broken condition. but i have not given the tab in proper condition to service center (Sindh gift collection) authorized penta service center and i have receipt for that.
My job sheet no is pen pser 0033304
and ticket no 26980
kindly help me
