Dear sir i brought bsnl penta tab 703c from infibeam.com (order no. 10434876) product comes with 30 days replacement warranty & 1 year manufacturer warranty. When i opened the box i found it was damage & the battery of the product is also non workable properly. I immediatly contacted to infibeam & requested them to replacement, after that on their instruction mail images to them but still today dt 7-4-2013 i have not received any calls & mail from them, & when i call them no reply given by them & not providing any details regard this. Please help me to replace my tablate sir, thanks
