I have purchased a mouse from mginger.com order no.415020 and they showed that the retail price of the product is Rs.299
and the deal price is Rs.99. But when I received the product I found that the product is way different from the one that is shown
on their site and also the MRP is Rs.175. For that I sent them email stating the same and asked them to replace the mouse
but ever after ten I didn’t receive any reply. So I called them on phone they were replying so rudely and hang up the phone saying
that is the only product you will get and we will not replace, you can do what ever you want.
Kindly help me in getting the right product.
