I have been using tata photon since august 2012, initially i was on a 6 month advanced rental plan which expired in January. Then i requested to be shifted to a monthly plan since i require the service for only 3 more months. But the bill they have sent me dated 05/03/2013 is for 6 month advanced rental.They activated the advanced rental plan without any confirmation from me.Now they are sending me monthly bills as well.I logged a complaint around 1 month back but no resolution has been provided.
