Name of company/service: paytm
Paytm this company provides online bus ticket booking service. I tried to book ticket online and because of there system problem it books ticket for same date i.e.
when i tried to book ticket. So instead of booking ticket for 7 April it books ticket for 2 April. And when i tried to cancel it it shows me more than 50% deduction because cancellation happened at same date of journey. so that was not fault. I inform about this to company but they replied me that they can not do any thing about this because i canceled a ticket. I need my full money back.
can you plz help me. Need your help.
