i am an IDEA postpaid user since last one year,i had purchased my idea corporate connection in month of Jan 12 and regularly paying all dues on time;on 20th march 2013 my number was closed by one of your local office saying that there is some outstanding on 2 nos which were activated in year 2004 (Almost 10 years Back) against same ID .no other information was provided.since then my no. (8727007111) and one other no i.e.8727006111 is not operational,i had visited idea store 2-3 times also talked to local as well corporate people but my nos are still not activated.if any outstanding are there then why same was not resolved earlier .my complaint is being forwarded from one person to another.
I request kindly look into and do needfull
