I bought new sony xperia z but within two days its ear speaker stopped working and i gave it to service center they accept the fault and sent it to replacement but they are still saying that we have dispatched your mobile but i didn’t got yet. i complaint on 25 march and they told you will get the replacement within 7 to 8 days and i called them then they said i will take two more days today i called 4 april again they are saying it will take more 2 days. plz help me and do needful.
