My name is Ashi I have complaint regarding Aircel avery month they took money from a/c 15 rs for MCA this month hv called cust service dept stating that why u taking this money i have not requset any service still you guys taking money from my a/c whenever i recharge they lodge the complaint and say’s that they will return money within 72 hr they giv me the confirmation of my complaint by msg but still not return my money….pls help me to get my money back in my phone bal…and they delay for it so i need the comsention for the same i have req them to pls return my money and they denied for it at that time i dont have money to recharge my phone hv to call my mother coz she was not well. plsssss help me out to get money back in my bal with compension for not to refund my money as they promise…..
