I have Ordered sony xperia Z on 14 march 2013, order no is 3002116112 made payment through card amount 38990. and shipment date was 21 march 13. after 21 march am regularly calling customer care but not response properly and every time these people saying within 24 hours will update you. till date how many 24 hour gone. but till date no response and not deliverd product also.
Due to this irresponsible of indiatimes & fearing about loss of 38990 Rs (product amount) i am facing High BP issue since 23 march. i am fearing and feeling that something will wrongly happen to me in futere. Till date case manger and complain manager haven’t called me.
I have made payment through card at that time i thought its very big brand indiatimes there wont be any fraud . but i am getting very bad experience with indiatimes shopping.
As the amount is very big so i made EMI and made first EMI also
Please look in this matter and deliver the product ASAP. and consider my health condition due to indiatimes
if call customer care just they are saying wait for some time s since 14 march am waiting and they are not giving assurance of product delivering . I don’t know what to do due to this since last 10 days i have started BP tablets everyday ,
Inditimes people are not considering my health situation, They are killing me like giving slow poison of giving tension , Its very big amount around 40000. plz someone help me. plz give me Justice//
