I applied for passport on 25th September 2012 in “TATKAL” quota and charged me Rs.2500/- and plus Rs.2000/- expended on the annexure A, I, F ( two copies of each) travelling (Indore to Bhopal) as were required for that quota which took my expense above Rs.5000/- , and it was issued on date 28th March 2013 which could not be considered in tatkal quota at all. So kindly help me in this matter.
