I had ordered a watch vide order number 2203201321022 on 22nd March ’13. As per terms on the website it was expected to be delivered within 5-6 days. Let alone delivery, the product has not even been dispatched as of 2nd April ’13. On inquiring with the customer service at least 20 times, they have given me random consignment numbers (e.g. 4398346260 destined to Delhi, 4699540300 destined to Agra, when the product is to be sent to Bihar), just to avoid my call. In fact, the customer service associates stopped taking my calls after a point. Request you to take necessary action to get this resolved. Please let them know that if they fail to resolve it urgently, legal actions would follow.
