<p><b>Location/place</b>: asansol</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: blazeflash and homeshop18</p> I purchased karbonn smart tab1 worth rs.7,500 through homeshop18 1year ago (order no. 44085737). i had a problem of touch and connectivity ( in warranty period) so i send it to home shop 18’s given address of gurgaon ,panjab through blaze flash courier service through ara branch, (patna)because at that time i was in bihar.the airway bill no is 134102480 .but after few days homeshop 18 reported me that they did not receive the product. so i complain for POD in blazeflash but they told me to wait for some days…. i waited till now from 6months ago. At this time they are refusing to do anything.
i also complain it to homeshop 18.but they told that they could not do any thing without POD.
SO PLEASE tell me what can i do for it and solve my problem.If u do anything i highly obliged and thankful to u.
