Hi, we purchased the LSA5CR2A model split AC on 5/5/2011 at Karimnagar. Due to the inefficiency of your mechanic, it wasn’t installed properly and the hole/duct was kept open, leaving an opportunity for rats etc. to enter and destroy the machinery inside the AC chamber. The same thing happened and the wires inside the AC chamber have been bitten by rats.
We haven’t noticed this until we have moved to our new house in karimnagar itself. When we reported the same with your customer care center over phone and through mail, they replied that they will resolve this issue asap.
When we spoke to the same mechanic and the district manager for LG, they have stated that it wasn’t their mistake. When you are supposed to install the AC properly, how can you deny that it’s not your responsibility?
We hereby appeal to you to repair the AC and install it at your own cost at our new home. or else we’ll be compelled to approach the consumer forum further.
