Non refund of amount paid towards allotment of a site in Bangalore

Name of company/service: Karnataka state education officers employees co-operative society

My mother Smt A.Padma, who retired as Asst director of Text Books from Karnataka state government was a member of the above society and had paid Rs 12809/ in instalments in the hope of getting a site from the above society. She passed away in 2008 and the site has not materialised. But even after 29 years the society has not allotted the site for one reason or the other. I, being the nominee requested the society to refund the amount with interest as there is no point in continuing. But the society has not even responded with a reply as a matter of courtesy.I hope you will be able to do the needful.The society is located at No.50,ground floor New Public offices KR Circle Bangalore -560001, I was given contact Person as M/S Bollamma ,MP:9448596935,988683598
