Complaint against 100 Best Buy

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: 100 Best Buy

I purchased formal shoes of Rs. 741/- from 100 BEST BUY but they sent me incorrect product then I returned product back so that they can send me correct one but now neither they are sending me my product nor my money too although I have to pay for two time courier charges cause first time they did not receive & more than 100 calls. Please do needful.

    hi, I am the user of dish tv connection .I given the request to shift the connection from my current address ti my new address on 18 Nov.Still no,engineer had visited and as tried to get the reason from the customer care,spokesman ghosh by tried to help just having the funn off sane,not ready to transfer it ti senior also…..

    please assist what action can I take?????
