Name of company/service: Aircel
I was been charged Rs. 30 for Music Connect Service from Aircel on 22/03/2013. I called up customer care and complained to which they replied that I’ll be refunded in upcoming 24 hrs. but with no results. After this My calls to the Complaint Cell (198) was only answered with “all our executives are busy”. Today (26/03/2013) my call from another Aircel number was answered and they said that no complaints were registered with the number; when asked to transfer my call to the senior executive the line was busy. Hence, they assured me of getting a call in next 2hrs,but again with no results. This is getting me on my nerves. aircel previously did this to me about dialer tune service also. It is not about mere 30 Rs. It is about cheating people.
