Complaint on Gizmo E Bazaar (https://bazaar24x7.zendesk.com)

Location/place: Hyderabad

I have Placed an order for Mobile Panel Cover (Back Cover) samsung wave on 06.03.2013 on Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd (www.bahttp://www.bazaar24x7.com) at 11.12 and paid amount of Rs. 195. The order was cancelled on the same day at 1.53pm as the product is mismatched and asked for the required product Samsung GT S5233A Panel Cover.
They sent a mail asking for product image, om 13th March i have forward image of the required produce to them.
On 13th afternoon, i rejected the courier, as i have cancel the order. on 14th march they sent a mail mentioning, they will update me.
On 19th March, they have sent a mail asking my bank details, i have given the bank detail on the same. On 21st March they have sent a mail on 21st March mentioned it already deliver to you along with a attachment, where in attachment it is showing that the Shipment Returned
due to RECEIVER REFUSE DELIVERY. On 23rd march i have put a mail asking how can it be delivered, when it has been rejected.
On 25th March they have mailed me mentioning we process your refund ASAP.
After that there is no response from them.

I can provide all the mail correspondence sent by them and me.

I request the forum to help me in getting back the amount at the earliest.
