I am lodging this complaint against M/S Trident Flight Handlers CS International Terminal Mumbai who have overcharged from me without any fault from my side for detailed correspondence I enclose copy of e. mail sent to the co. but no body cared for it . I request your goodself to get my overcharges refunded so that injustice of the company is replied. Any other information required from my side will always be replied.
I had travelled from Mumbai to Delhi on 27.04.2012 by Air India Flight No. 866 at 9:00 AM . But all of sudden while going through security check I forgot my mobile hanndset in the tray of Xray machine. When on the way to Delhi I found that my mobile has been left at the air port I immediately got the no of your Mumbai Office TFH and contacted who confirmed that my mobile handset has been received by them end registered my complaint no.1640. I requested them to send it by courrier and I will pay the charges. Counter executive asked me to send my address through SMS on mobile no. 09833857114 which was immediately forwarded to them at 12:15 PM ahd confirmed telephonicallywhich was acknowledged by them. Later on after 3 days when I enquired that I have not received my mobile handset I was informed that we donot accept message on mobile please send email message to enable us
to send it by courrier I emailed my request with my address duly acknowledged by your office. Again I did not receive my set even no message if there was any problem. Then I tried to contact incharge Mr Devender and discussed my problem who told that we donot provide this service of courrier you depute any person in Mumbai to collect this set. I showed my inability to depute any person in Mumbai and requested him to accept it as special request but he didnot even refused to give contact no of some senior person in your office. Now afeter all I requeste some staff member to go and collect with my ID proof . When he approached your counter it was shocking they demanded Rs 1989/- as safe custody charges for one day as this had been unnecessarily detained by your officials while I had taken quick action in this matter. I would like like to request to refund excess amount of more than one day safe keeping charges Thanks
