Hi, I had booked flat in Jun – 2010, at the time of agreement (in Jul-2010) builder told us that open parking is free and hence we did not pay for close parking assuming we will park car in open parking. However, now its time to get possession of flat and we came to know builder sold some open parking space also, when we checked with Builder on this. we hv been informed that if we need open parking space we hv need to pay Rs.1.5 Lacs in cash. Pls suggest what needs to be done in this regards?
