I have purchased ‘Careen’ brand Automatic Washing Machine with tilt drum (VF 62 CAWH/ 6.2 KG, WM. White,) from your dealer M/s. Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd, of P-273 Manicktala Main Road, Kolkata 700 054 situated near Kankurgachi Crossing vide Cash Memo No: KG/CM/03994/11-12 dated 15-08-2011. This is very unfortunate that machine is not running properly from its very inception and your service Engineers have also not able to control those faults after many visits at our place.
