Service person took amount for new LNB and Now not coming to change it.

Hi,

I had an issue with my reliance digital tv and called the reliance customer care. The complaint number is : 200007749 dated 16/3/2013. They assigned the issue to a local service person. He came and inspected and told that issue is with LNB in the dish and he will have to change it and Rs 300 is needed for new LNB.He took the amount from my father and left after that there is no contact from him. We tried reaching his phone number : 09745626977. He never picks call and most of time its switched off. When we again contacted reliance TV customer care, they are not giving us any information about the person who came to fix the issue.Also they told that They never chanrge for any change of instrument by cash. Instead they will ask to recharge that much amount once issue is fixed. Now we came to know that this was a real cheating by service person. Now we are helpless without any clue about that service person since reliance customer care is not helping us in identifying this person. Later we came to know that similar thing has happened to may others also. Please help us in this matter. Its full responsibility of reliance once they assign a service person.
