I had ordered Motorola Walkies from rediff online shopping.Accidentally I had ordered TWO sets instead of ONE. But I immediately called their helpline number and was assures by the help that my order has been corrected. I also immediately sent an email regarding the matter and even sent a mail to the vendor through which the order was to materialize. But in spite of my repeated mails and call for one week I was sent TWO sets. Now after seven days they inform me that since I have receives the order they cannot change it. How do i Know whats inside the bag. They had all the time to correct my order but did not and they are not even listening to me.
