Delay in HL processing – Incorrect information by Sales team

I had given my property papers for more than 4 weeks. SBI Sales representatives Mr. More and Mr. Mahato were proving me information that the assessment is on where as file had not moved from their office. This is misguiding consumer and delay in process.
